 ' Celebration of World Soil Day' 5 December 2021   Today  P.G. Department of Botany Celebrated World Soil Day. M.Sc I and M.Sc. II year students organized poster exhibition for creating awareness. On this occasion Hon. Principal Dr. V. S.Dhekale sir   enougurated poster exhibition and guided to students. Head of the Botany Department Dr. S.T.Ingle sir Awared to students about importance of World Soil Day. Maj. Virkar also present for this function.All faculty members were present for this function. All M.Sc.students enthusiasticaly participated in this program. anchoring of this program was done by Nikita Pote and Shruti Khot. Vote of Thanks gived by Pournima Patil.

Welcome &Farewell Function for  M.Sc.

  Indian Constitution Day  P.G. and U.G.Department of Botany celebrated Indian Constitution Day : on 26th November 2021 by reading the preamble of Indian Constitution. The preamble was read by Dr. L. M. Khade. On this occasion constitution day Dr. S. T. Ingle ( Head. UG and PG Department of Botany), guided the students regarding importance of Indian Constitution. Students from M.Sc.I and M.Sc.II along with B.Sc.III actively participated in this program.Vote of thanks offered by Dr.S.N. Dhumal. All faculty members attended the program.

Botany studentsl ecture on "Food adultration" in presence of Principal Dr.V.S.Dhekale ,Head of Botany  Deapartment Dr. V. A. Patil, Dr. S. T.Ingle.Mrs.B.S.Dopare Dr.M.Y.Shinde,Dr.A.V. Kattee,Dr.Dhumal,Dr. Davande,Dr.Khade ,Dr. Gawade ,Miss.Khot .A.S. and other members  World Food Safety Day (WFSD) celebrated on 7 June 2021 aims to draw attention and inspire action to help prevent, detect and manage foodborne risks, contributing to food security, human health, economic prosperity, agriculture, market access, tourism and sustainable development.   Dr.V.A.Patil shared important message i.e.Food safety is a shared responsibility between governments, producers and consumers.  Everyone has a role to play from farm to table to ensure the food we consume is safe and healthy.
